Goodbye, long queues and network hassles! The Punjab government has launched a convenient online system for citizens to apply for a learner driving license across the province. This initiative aims to streamline the process and enhance accessibility for everyone.

Why the change?

Large crowds at licensing offices and complaints about network disruptions prompted caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi to take action. Recognizing the challenges faced by citizens, he spearheaded the development of this online platform.

Applying Online: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Sign Up: Create an account on the DLIMS licensing website (https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/verify/)
  2. Fill the Form: Complete the online application form thoroughly.
  3. Upload Documents: Attach scanned copies of your CNIC (front and back) and, if applicable, a medical certificate signed by a government doctor (for applicants above 50 years old).
  4. Payment: Pay the required fee seamlessly through ATM, online banking, or mobile banking channels using the generated PSID (Payment Slip ID).
